Dr. Mohammad Saleem Bhat leads the team of Pharmacology and Toxicology scientists at PSSL. Dr. Bhat is an internationally recognized  Molecular Pharmacologist and  Toxicologist with >15 years of experience in conducting diverse nonclinical drug development studies. He has experience in designing FDA and global regulatory-compliant GLP and non-GLP studies for biologics, antibodies, ADC, and RNA-drugs in 2D and 3D cell-based (In vitro) models, and in non-human Primate (NHP, Cynomolgus Monkey), Dog, Rabbit, and Rodent In vivo models. Dr Bhat is proficient in data analysis, Contract Research, project management, and staff training. Dr Bhat`s experience originates from his work in academia (as a tenured scientist in a top-notch Federal Cancer Center), the health industry, CRO, and the pharmaceutical industry. With a robust publication record (>9,000 citations) and specialized expertise in technical documentation, Dr Bhat has directed several Federally funded projects of U54, RO1, R21, and R03 scale. Dr Bhat has +14 years of experience as a scientific reviewer for Grant Review Panels (Study Sections) of NIH and DOD. Dr. Bhat is adept in regulatory standards and experienced in drafting the strategy for (academic and industry clients) for IND submissions, Technology Transfer, and Clinical translation.

Dr. Firdous Beigh leads the educational content creation, Molecular Drug Discovery/Clinical Biochem training and scientific editing team at PSSL. Dr. Beigh is an experienced biochemist with a Master's (MS) in Clinical Biochemistry and a PhD in Biotechnology. Dr Beigh brings over + 10 years of experience in conducting preclinical drug discovery research and tutoring university-level premedical students. Equipped with languages English, Arabic, and Hindi, Dr Beigh is well-versed in translating scientific studies and preparing scientific study proposals and report drafts for international scientists who have non-English backgrounds. Dr. Beigh`s experience originates from his work in academia (University of Minnesota, USA, Institute for Stem cell Biology, INSTEM, India) and the health industry (Hamad Health, Qatar; Taibah University, King Khalid University Middle East, SKIMS Medical Science Institute, India). Dr. Beigh is experienced in providing Online Training courses to Clinical Biochemistry students and scientists.
